Users can cancel their order online before the product has been shipped. The entire order amount will be refunded.If item have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to users, users may still cancel the order online. Refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier.
PROCESS OF CANCELLATION REQUEST :
- Log into your Shop2hunt account and go to the 'My Orders' Link.
- Identify the item you want to cancel and click on the corresponding 'View Details' link
- Click on the 'Cancel' link, indicate the reason for cancellation and confirm cancellation.
All products can be returned within 7 working day from the day of delivery
Users can also send cancellation query directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
There are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders :
- Product No Longer Available With Our Merchant Or Temporarily Out Of Stock
- Non-Serviceable Area
- Incorrect or Insufficient Address
Exceptions Cases :
- Anything missing from the package you have received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories.
- Product is damaged
- Misuse of product
